We called ourselves Amateur Hour, a nod to our approach: don't take it too seriously, and enjoy learning something new. I loved the juxtaposition: something as digital as the internet being promoted in such an analog way. I began photographing every sign I could find and eventually turned the collection into a book. A friend risograph printed it for me, extending the project’s analog spirit into a physical object.\n\nI knew the project was complete when I found the holy grail.
